Berg states Orly Taitz has gone too far; Berg sues Taitz for violating individuals basic rights – Privacy by revealing birth dates and Social Security numbers

Berg states Taitz should be disbarred – her actions have been detrimental to the positive efforts of so many to out Obama as he is Constitutionally ineligible to be President as he is not natural born

Berg Filed DEFAULT against Taitz and on 6/08/09 filed OPPOSITION [documents on obamacrimes.com] to Taitz’s Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment

For the record, Taitz was involved in the CA Keyes lawsuit at the beginning, but has not been for some time.

The appeal in that case is being handled solely by Gary Kreep and the U.S. Justice Foundation.

The exhibit B on Berg's page is said to show forged email. Neither copy appears to be a copy of the original, however, since both have double >> marks starting every line. This seems pretty flimsy exhibit.

This natural born citizenship issue illustrates that just because folks are out in front advocating certain important concepts that you agree with, doesn't mean they're a reliable ally, even on directly related matters.

I was relieved that Berg, a politically active Democrat, raised the natural born citizen issue before his party's convention. After witnessing the stonewalling by elected Democrats during Clinton presidency, any sign of integrity in a Democratic Party leader is a welcome contrast. I should probably here stress my conclusion that the Republican leaders, alas, seemed quick to embrace the wrong lessons-learned from their partners in the two-party system.
