Subject: America

Alan Keyes,

You republicans just do not get it.  This once great country has been on a downward spiral ever since Reagan opened all white house doors to big corporation.  The destruction of our country was caused by GREED!!

It is obvious that you have a personal vendetta for President Obama based on you losing a political seat in Illinois.  Your recent comment about President Obama is a
total disgrace to the United States of America.

You GOP's let Bush shred this country's constitution and with total control of our government give big corporation everything they wanted which is why our country is in the shape it's in.  Your refusal to work with him just shows me how scared the republicans are today because the majority of American's don't buy your fear tactics anymore.

I want my country back and President Obama is our only hope.

We Americans have finally started using the one power we have (VOTING), to oust the evils in our government and will continue to do so.

A True Patriotic American

xxxxxxx,

If your premise is wrong, everything else you say will be wrong.

Yours are all wrong, starting with your ignorance of the fact that Alan Keyes is not even a Republican. He's an Independent and one of America's foremost defenders of freedom.

I'm sorry that you've been deceived into thinking that private enterprise is evil and that government is your daddy.

In point of fact, it is that dangerous delusion that is destroying liberty and our country.

In closing, if you can't survey the last century and see the destructive fruit of socialism, I doubt that you can see much of anything.

Well brother Tom, you sure don't dance around an issue.

(And I was the one worried about being too curt.)

I don't think you converted that guy.

Obviously they're seminar emailers.

Just got another one:

"Capitalism has been proven by recent events to be a policy
that the people cannot trust.  Capitalism has inflicted more death and
poverty on the rest of the planet then any other theology other then
religion."

Alan,

Recently I read an article where you have labeled our president,
elected by the majority, as the following:

radical communist
an abomination
usurper occupying the office without constitutional warrant

Coming from a Republican this doesn't surprise me.  However, I want to
point out that your past party leader, GW Bush, is a:

War Monger
Imperialist
Fascist
Economic failure
Many more I'd rather not print.

I object to your characterization of Obama in that what the
Republicans have been doing for the past 30 years is what has brought
about the fall of the USA.  Your one sided extreme right agenda has
abandoned a large portion of the population.  What I'm hearing from
your comments is that you'd rather see this country fall into
religious, corporate destruction then to share in the potential for
something better.  I'm tired of hearing Republicans whine about where
we're going when it is all but to obvious that the direction the
Republicans were taking us has failed.  Stringent policy of woman's
rights, and free wielding policy on corporations lead to a near
collapse of our economy.  I blame every single Republican for this
situation.  Capitalism has been proven by recent events to be a policy
that the people cannot trust.  Capitalism has inflicted more death and
poverty on the rest of the planet then any other theology other then
religion.

What amazes me is that the rhetoric vomiting out of the Republican
membership sounds more and more like little children crying because
they lost their ball.  Well you didn't loose it we took it away from
you.  It is plain to see that greed, vanity and jealousy have been the
drivers for Capitalism and I for one am sick of it.  Alan if you want
to change this country then get on the bus, otherwise stay the hell
out of the way and shut up.  Maybe if you cared about the people half
as much as you care about corporations and tax cuts the Republican
party
wouldn't be licking their wounds, but then that would mean you
need to be mature enough to recognize that your theory has been
marginalized and the populace isn't buying your rhetoric any longer.

The alternatives that the Republican party have presented over the
past 30 years are out of date and tied the the Grand Ole' white guy
and I'm appalled you associate yourself with such a flayed theory.

HOPE will change this country for the better, if you disagree just
watch the inauguration again and ask yourself why so many citizens
showed up to watch Obama take the lead.  Ask yourself why.

The 'government is bad when Rethugs(their term)control it, but good when Democrats control it' just drips from their words.

Where are the protestors ... and where are the gals in Pink these days? Let me guess: they're still protesting the minority.....while the majority writes blank checks and sends them the bill. "Patriotism is back ".

Ever wonder why so many people line up to watch a train wreck or traffic accident?

"Hope" Blind faith....that would be the kind to support bills without being able to read them first.

More fun from the moonbats. They've been spamming our email accounts all day. I'm only posting a sampling of the ones that aren't dripping with vile language and racist leftwing threats of violence.

Subject: Barack Obama's birth certificate

To Mr. Keyes,

As a proud American and one finishing up his political science degree I was disturbed by your continuation to challenge the constitutionality of Barack Obama's presidency. Please, our court system is overburden enough and frivolous law suits such as yours do not belong anywhere near Supreme Court.

The non-partisan group factcheck.org will answer your questions on the legitimacy of the said birth certificate.

http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html

If you do not wish to check the article, I can condense it for you.

"Recently FactCheck representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago. We can assure readers that the certificate does bear a raised seal, and that it's stamped on the back by Hawaii state registrar Alvin T. Onaka (who uses a signature stamp rather than signing individual birth certificates). We even brought home a few photographs."

Thank you for your time
-Michael xxxxxxx

Michael,

Grow up. "FactCheck" is about as "non-partisan" as ACORN.

If what the Obama allies at "FactCheck" have is so good, what's the problem with releasing the actual birth certificate? What do they have to hide? We'll be glad to pony up the ten bucks for the vault copy if your alleged "president" can't afford it. That's all Hawaii charges.

Or, I'm sure Barack's many friends in China, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Iran and Saudi Arabia will be happy to take up a collection...

Or, Mr. Obama can keep on doing what he's doing, with the help of naive young men like yourself: employ the resources of multiple law firms to obfuscate what any sensible person would believe he would release in a minute if he didn't have something to hide.

For Life and Liberty,

Tom Hoefling
