CLIMATE AUDIT, by Steve McIntyre

note for AIPNEWS readers: The above link is to a blog post by Steve McIntyre, a Canadian who has shown that one person can indeed have a tremendous impact on the world. Steve and I were amongst the early members of the "ClimateSceptics" Yahoo group that started up 9 or 10 years ago. It was a real pleasure to follow his early work in trying to understand the data and methodology behind the so-called hockey stick graph that IPCC promoted in its 2001 assessment. The climate alarmists hate him, and he has handled them over the years with real competence, grace and style. If Steve McIntyre hadn't gotten involved in this particular pursuit of the truth, I suspect that the Climategate email authors would probably never have written the kinds of things that have shown the world how dysfunctional science can be.
