I'm told that Dr. Keyes is scheduled to speak at about 10:30 am or shortly thereafter.

It was a pleasure to be able to attend the afternoon session of the conference. Sorry I missed the morning speakers. The stem cell scientist who spoke last emphasized her agreement with Dr. Keyes' earlier discussion of the subject. The proceedings were recorded, although I don't know the when or where that the recordings will be available.

Most of the afternoon session was taken up by a presentation by David Bereit of Texas on how small beginnings can quickly grow, and how three very inexpensive technologies have been used by his group (40 Days for Life) and others. Each of the three were discussed in terms of how they contributed to each of three stages of a circular "GROWTH CYCLE". He emphasized that prayer was much more important than any particulars.

When I arrived, Dr. Keyes was doing a TV interview. I enjoyed listening to that, and when he talked about AIP, I pulled out one of the flyers I had left over from the March and handed it to the young fellow listening beside me -- "This is the party Dr. Keyes is talking about," I said. Well, several other folks nearby all wanted a flyer, too. Cool! I had a chance to chat a bit with our fine presidential nominee outside, a little while later, and it was a real treat to give him a copy of the flyer, too.  ("Here's some information about a new party, sir.")
