Washington (CNN) -- Attorney General Eric Holder will announce Friday that five Guantanamo Bay detainees with alleged ties to the 9/11 conspiracy, including accused mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, will be transferred to New York to go on trial in civilian court, according totwo Obama administration officials.
Holder's news conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. ET. The officials did not want to be named because they are not authorized to speak to the media.

I don't trust our government.
I don't trust our judges.
I have a sneaky suspicion that this is a covert way for the current administration to put the US Intelligence Agencies, our military and the Bush/Cheney administration on trial publicly without overtly seeking an indictment.
This is horribly irresponsible, and, I agree, it is insane!
