Your Personal affiliation is what allows you to take part in America's Independent Party; at the National, the State, the County and the Local levels.

Personal Affiliation Agreement with America's Independent Party
I hereby swear or affirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or will be by the next scheduled election in which I am entitled to vote.
As a free citizen of the United States, I willingly choose to affiliate with America's Independent Party, believing along with its founders, and the founders of our republic, that our rights to life, liberty and private property are God-given and therefore unalienable.
I hereby pledge that I will, to the best of my ability, seek to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and diligently work to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, thereby fulfilling the purpose of the Constitution of the United States and this organization.
In recognition of the multitude of ways in which our nation's leaders have departed from America's founding principles, I also hereby petition local, state and federal government for redress of such grievances, with the urgent imperative demand that all officers of government henceforth faithfully perform their sworn duty to defend innocent human life and constitutional republican governance.
I reserve the right to disaffiliate from America's Independent Party at any time with a simple written request to be removed from the affiliation rolls. Similarly, I also hereby recognize the Party's constitutional right of free association with me in the continuation of my affiliation, subject to the rules and bylaws of the Party. However, while this agreement remains in force I hereby acknowledge my duty to abide by the bylaws of the local, county, state, and national organizations.
*While affiliation with America's Independent Party is made without regard to your existing party voter registration, election laws in a few states may place certain limitations on participation in certain party functions in the absence of AIP voter registration. If there are any questions in this regard, please consult with your State Party.
